Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees

    Spread out the pizza dough on a baking tray

    Mix the pesto, tomato sauce and seasoning (e.g. pizza seasoning) and spread on the dough

    Cut the mushrooms and peppers into small cubes

    Spread the cheese, sweetcorn, peppers and mushrooms over the dough

    Roll the dough together, cut into 8 pieces and "set up"

    Spread the remaining cheese on the pizza slices

  8. 8

    Place the pizza slices in the oven for approx. 15-20 minutes until the desired browning is achieved. DONE.
