Preparation

    First, put a large pan of salted water on to boil and cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, which should be around 12 minutes.

    Chop the onions and garlic, sauté in a little oil, clean and dice the mushrooms, then add to the pan with the chopped peppers ⠀

    Sauté everything for a few minutes, pour in the cream and reduce a little, drain the pasta, add to the pan and toss everything through, season well with salt and pepper.
