Preparation

    Halve the onions, cut into strips and braise in a pan with a little oil over a medium heat for approx. 8-10 minutes.

    Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the packet instructions.

    Make some space in the middle of the pan and fry the diced grill cheese until golden brown all over.

    Pour in the cream, bring to the boil, season with salt and pepper and add 2-3 tablespoons of pasta water to the pan. Add the pasta, mix well and you're done!
