Spread half of the Skyrm mixture and a few raspberries on top.
Then dip another 2 spoonfuls of sponge cake, place in the tin, spread the rest of the skyr and the berries on top.
Mix the protein pudding with 50g skyr.
Top with the protein pudding and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Sprinkle with baking cocoa and enjoy.
