Preparation

    Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into 2 cm cubes. Then place in a bowl

    Chop the broccoli and add to the bowl with the sweet potatoes. Add 1 tbsp olive oil, a little garlic seasoning and salt

    Spread everything out on baking paper and bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Mix everything halfway through

    Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic. Cut the chicken breast into fine strips

    In a pan, fry the chicken breast strips in a little oil and season with salt. Then add the ginger and garlic to the pan

    After 5 minutes, add 2 tsp curry paste, coconut milk and chopped tomatoes. Simmer for a further 10-15 minutes
