Preparation

    Cut the chicken fillets in half lengthways so that they are slightly thinner. Fry them in a little oil spray 2% on both sides, then remove.

    Sauté the chopped onion in the pan, add the chopped garlic and then the washed spinach on top.

    Fry for 5 minutes, turning occasionally so that everything collapses.

    Mix the cream protein with the water and add to the chicken, bring to the boil and season with morespices and salt. Melt the grated Parmesan in the sauce and cook the chicken in it for another 5 minutes.

    Prepare bulgur according to instructions and serve with it
