Preparation

    Add the oats, protein powder, milk and water to the pan and simmer the porridge for approx. 10 mins. over a medium heat, stirring constantly. After approx. 5 minutes, add the chia seeds and cook.

    Divide into bowls, garnish with raspberries and mash and fold in the fresh banana
