Bei meinem Training erhältst du Pläne, die optimal für deinen Fortschritt sind. Basierend auf aktuellen wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen, sorge ich dafür, dass du mit minimalem Zeitaufwand maximale Erfolge erzielst. Damit keine Langeweile aufkommt und dein Muskel immer neuen Reizen ausgesetzt ist, wird dein Trainingsplan regelmäßig angepasst – von kleinen Änderungen bei den Wiederholungen bis hin zu neuen Übungen und Splits. So baust du effektiv Muskelmasse auf!

Nutrition philosophy:

I am an advocate of a balanced, protein-oriented diet with a focus on building muscle. I don't believe in special diets and supposed "miracle methods". My nutritional recommendations are based on your goals. I avoid extreme calorie deficits so that you can make progress without losing too much muscle mass. I also focus on a moderate calorie surplus during the build-up phase to prevent excessive fat gain and to avoid having to stop the build-up phase early. All in all, I follow a philosophy that will also get you to your goal efficiently in terms of nutrition. Don't forget to regularly enter your body weight in the GYMKY app so that we can evaluate your current status and adjust your calorie target.
