Bring the oat bran and water to the boil until it forms a pudding-like consistency.
Add a mashed banana to this pudding and cinnamon to taste. (or other sweeteners as required, e.g. xylitol, agave syrup...)
Pour into a bowl and top with frozen or fresh berries of your choice.
