Water
Water (Surf) 150 Bottle (small)
Banane
Banane (Obst) 1 Piece
Frozen berry mix
Frozen berry mix (Billa) 20 Bag
Cinnamon
Cinnamon 3 TL

Preparation

    Bring the oat bran and water to the boil until it forms a pudding-like consistency.

  2. 2

    Add a mashed banana to this pudding and cinnamon to taste. (or other sweeteners as required, e.g. xylitol, agave syrup...)

    Pour into a bowl and top with frozen or fresh berries of your choice.
