Preparation

    First, chop the vegetables and sauté in a pan with a little vegetable oil. Add the cashews and fry briefly.

    Deglaze with orange juice, pour in the vegetable stock and simmer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, bring the rice to the boil in salted water and reduce to a simmer until the rice is cooked.
