Roll out with a little flour if necessary.
Brush with a little butter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sweetener of your choice.
Cut the rolled-out dough lengthwise again to create two thin, long strips. Roll up the two strips into a snail.
Microwave for approx. 2 minutes at 600 watts.
For the topping, mix 50g skyr and sweetener of your choice.
Spread the topping on the cinnamon bun.
