Protein powder vanilla

Spelt flour
Spelt flour 40 Tablespoon
Baking powder
Baking powder (Basis) 1 TL
Cinnamon
Cinnamon 1 TL
Erythritol
Erythritol (Sweetiva) 10 Portion
Alpro natural yogurt pure vegetable
Alpro natural yogurt pure vegetable (Alpro) 100 Portion

Preparation

    Knead the protein powder, spelt flour, 50g skyr and baking powder into a dough.

    Roll out with a little flour if necessary.

    Brush with a little butter.

    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sweetener of your choice.

    Cut the rolled-out dough lengthwise again to create two thin, long strips. Roll up the two strips into a snail.

    Microwave for approx. 2 minutes at 600 watts.

    For the topping, mix 50g skyr and sweetener of your choice.

    Spread the topping on the cinnamon bun.
