Preparation

    Cut the peppers and garlic into not too thin slices

    Roast slowly in olive oil over a medium heat so that they don't get too dark and the oil takes on the flavor

    Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente according to the packet instructions

    Drain the pasta, save some of the pasta water and add 1-2 tbsp to the oil with the linguine, toss briefly, garnish with salt and pepper.
