Sesame fresh

Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Preparation

    First, bring a pan of hot water to the boil.

    Place the eggs in boiling water and cook for 10-15 minutes.

    Cut the avocado in half, place the inside in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Then mash with a fork.

    Season the avocado spread with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and garlic powder.

    When the eggs are cooked, remove and rinse with cold water. Then peel and cut into slices.

    Spread avocado on 1-2 slices of bread and top each slice with an egg.

    Optionally garnish with other spices (such as cumin, salt and pepper) and sesame seeds.
