Fry the gnocchi in a pan with a little oil for approx. 4-5 mins. until golden brown all over.
Add the chopped garlic clove and briefly fry the tomato paste in the center.
Pour in the cream, bring to the boil and add the cheese to the pan. Allow to melt, season with salt and pepper, then arrange on plates and sprinkle a few chili flakes over the top.
