Ingredients

Oat flakes
Oat flakes 20 Portion
Pudding powder vanilla powder only
Pudding powder vanilla powder only (Dr.Oetker) 10 packet
Stevia liquid extract (sugar substitute)
Stevia liquid extract (sugar substitute) 5 Portion
Still water
Still water (Rewe) 160 Bottle
Skimmed quark / low-fat quark
Skimmed quark / low-fat quark (Milbona (Lidl)) 150 Tablespoon
Strawberries, fresh
Strawberries, fresh 100 Fruit
Hazelnut chocolate spread
Hazelnut chocolate spread (Foodist) 5 Portion

Preparation

    Mix the rolled oats, pudding powder, sweetener and water.

    Heat the mixture 3 times in the microwave for 1 minute each time. (Alternatively, bring to the boil while stirring)

    When the consistency is right, stir in the low-fat quark.

  4. 4

    Cut 100 g of strawberries into small pieces and top the oats with these and the hazelnut-chocolate cream.
