Mix the spices (salt, pepper, paprika) and mustard with the minced meat, mix well and then shape into small balls.
Press a piece of feta into the center, enclose and roll up tightly.
Clean the vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix together in a large bowl, add the olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well.⠀
Put the vegetables on a baking tray, place the meatballs on top and cook at 200 degrees for approx. 35 mins.
