Knead the low-fat quark, spelt flour, baking powder, milk and herb salt into a dough.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces and flatten into a circle.
Spread 5 g tomato sauce, 8 g light feta cheese and 1/4 slice (veggie) salami on each.
Close the buns and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees convection oven and enjoy.
