(vegan) herb cream cheese of your choice

Basil

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan, clean the vegetables, chop a little and place in a casserole dish.

    Add the cream cheese to the center, drizzle with a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper and place in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.

    Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente according to the packet instructions.

    Remove the vegetables from the oven, puree with a hand blender, add a little pasta water to the sauce and season to taste. Add the drained pasta, mix in, top with basil and you're done!
