Add the liquid ingredients and the chia egg, knead well, also by hand, and shape into a ball. Then place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees fan.
Knead the dough until soft and roll out with a rolling pin to a 0.5 cm to 1 cm thick dough.

Bake the cinnamon stars for 15 minutes and then leave to cool.
