Preparation

    For the chia egg, mix the cold water with the chia seeds in a glass and leave to soak for 10 minutes.

    Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.

    Add the liquid ingredients and the chia egg, knead well, also by hand, and shape into a ball. Then place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

    Preheat the oven to 160 degrees fan.

    Knead the dough until soft and roll out with a rolling pin to a 0.5 cm to 1 cm thick dough.

    Now use a cookie cutter to place the cinnamon stars on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Bake the cinnamon stars for 15 minutes and then leave to cool.

    In the meantime, prepare the icing by mixing the water and icing sugar.

    Brush the cooled stars with the glaze, leave to dry and enjoy!
