Ingredients

Oat flakes
Oat flakes 100 Portion
DM Hafermilch Vanille
DM Hafermilch Vanille (Dm Bio) 500 Glas
Flexpresso Protein Coffee
Flexpresso Protein Coffee (ESN) 60 Portion
Salted Caramel
Salted Caramel (Naughty Nuts) 25 TL

Preparation

    Place 100g of rolled oats in a bowl.

    Add 500ml oat milk and leave to infuse overnight.

  3. 3

    Heat for 1½ minutes in the microwave at 600 watts.

  4. 4

    Stir before consumption and stir in 30g Prodein powder (coffee flavor).

  5. 5

    Top with a generous dollop of peanut butter and ... enjoy.
