Preparation

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the packet instructions

    At the same time, cut the greens into bite-sized pieces, chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a little butter.

    Chop the tomatoes, add to the pan with the greens and fry for 5 minutes, pour in the vegetable stock and cook for 15 minutes.

    Chop the prawns and fry briefly in a pan with olive oil, then remove and add to the rest
