Preparation

    Fry the Schupfnudeln in a pan with a little oil for 6-7 minutes until golden brown on all sides.

    Fry the chopped onion and diced bacon for a further 2 minutes, then reduce the heat and add the crème fraîche.

    Mix everything well, season with salt and pepper, arrange on plates and top with the fresh spring onions in rings, done!
