Clean the vegetables and cut into strips, prepare the pasta according to the packet instructions and rinse in a colander until cold.
Fry the onions with a little oil in a pan and then add the vegetables, fry over a high heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Mix all the ingredients for the sauce, add the pasta to the pan, top with the sauce and mix everything together. Fry for a further 2-3 minutes.
If desired, add tofu, chicken (alternative), beef or prawns for extra protein. Fry these beforehand and remove or fry in parallel. The same ingredients as for the sauce are suitable for seasoning.
