Baby Spinat frisch

Preparation

    Break the 3 eggs into a bowl and whisk them thoroughly.

    Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and pour in the beaten eggs.

    Stir the eggs continuously until they have set into a creamy scrambled egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Heat the tortilla wrap briefly in a pan or in the microwave to make it more pliable.

    Place the warm wrap on a clean surface and spread the prepared scrambled eggs evenly in the middle of the wrap.

    Sprinkle the shepherd's cheese over the scrambled eggs so that it melts slightly.

    Spread the fresh spinach over the egg mixture.
