I am Nicola Kogler, a qualified yoga teacher with international training in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. My passion is to help people achieve greater mobility, inner balance and well-being through yoga. Especially for strength athletes, mobility training is a decisive factor for long-term performance and health. In my sessions at GYMKY, you can work specifically on your flexibility and stability, regardless of your level. I attach great importance to regular training and anatomically sensible movements.
