I believe in a balanced, everyday-friendly approach to nutrition that’s not only healthy but also enjoyable in the long run. Around 80% of my diet is made up of nutrient-dense foods - the remaining 20% are consciously flexible. True transformation doesn’t come from constant restriction, but from balance and mindful enjoyment.
