Nutrition philosophy:

Balance is key 🔑 I follow the 80/20 rule. 80% of my diet is tailored to my goals and the nutrients I need to achieve them. And the remaining 20% I simply eat whatever I feel like or sometimes eat out at a restaurant.

Nutrition plans that are individually tailored to you and your goals. Whether to increase your performance in training, reduce body fat or build muscle mass. The focus is on a balanced diet that is suitable for everyday use and that you can implement in the long term.
