Training philosophy:

Als professioneller MMA-Kämpfer ist meine Philosophie einfach: Disziplin und Balance sind der Schlüssel. Ich trainiere nicht nur, um körperlich stärker zu werden, sondern auch mental. Für mich geht es nicht darum, nur im Käfig zu gewinnen, sondern auch im Alltag – durch Fokus, Beständigkeit und die richtige Einstellung.

Mein Training basiert auf einem ganzheitlichen Ansatz. Ich achte darauf, meinen Körper auf allen Ebenen zu fordern. Krafttraining, Ausdauer, Technik und Mobilität stehen im Vordergrund. Jeder Bereich ist wichtig, um auf höchstem Niveau zu performen. Dabei höre ich immer auf meinen Körper. Regeneration ist genauso entscheidend wie harte Einheiten. Ich plane meine Trainingszyklen so, dass ich immer Fortschritte mache, ohne mich zu überfordern. Qualität steht für mich immer über Quantität.

Nutrition philosophy:

As far as my body is concerned, I see it as a machine that only works as well as the fuel I give it. I focus on a plant-based, balanced and nutrient-rich diet. Protein, healthy fats and complex carbohydrates are the basis. At the same time, I make sure I give my body the vitamins and minerals it needs for regeneration. I largely avoid processed foods and make sure I drink enough.

But for me, nutrition is also enjoyment. I believe that with the right planning, you can be both disciplined and flexible. Every now and then I treat myself to something that is not 'perfect' because mental satisfaction is just as important as physical performance.
