Nutrition philosophy:

A balanced diet is the key to success! Eating shouldn't be complicated. My focus is on providing your body with everything it needs to achieve your fitness goals. I pay particular attention to adequate protein intake, fresh and unprocessed foods and a healthy balance of macronutrients. Everything is allowed as long as it is good for your body, but a conscious diet supports muscle building, promotes regeneration and helps you to lose fat sustainably.
