My name is Collin Griese, I am a fitness influencer and competitive bodybuilder. As a child, I was always "a bit fatter" and discovered weight training when I was 13. Starting with Sascha Huber workouts from home, I went to a bodybuilding competition for the first time at 17, where I took second place and 1.5 years later at 19 I won 2 Pro Cards. With my 1:1 coaching I want to help people to achieve their personal dream body or to compete successfully themselves. In addition to bodybuilding, I love adrenaline and went skydiving for the first time when I was 15 and I love "exciting" activities and good food.
Durch regelmäßige Anpassungen der Trainingspläne wird dein Training nie langweilig und passt sich deinem Fortschrittsgrad an, sodass du nie den Spaß verlierst und weiterhin optimalen Fortschritt erzielen kannst. Krafttraining hilft mir nicht nur meine sportlichen Ziele im Bodybuilding zu erreichen, sondern hat mich seit Beginn in jeder Lebenslage weiter gebracht und mir mental geholfen.
