Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and cook until they are slightly soft. (Tip: they should not be too soft)
Divide between 2 tins together with the peas, carrots and tuna.
For the dressing, mix together the skyr, light mayo, herbs and spices of your choice. (add a dash of water if required)
Spread the dressing over the potato salad, mix well and enjoy.
