Preparation

    Mix the spelt flour, chocolate whey protein powder, baking cocoa, baking powder, 20 g low-fat quark, the egg and 60 ml water to form a dough.

    Lightly grease a frying pan and fry 3 larger crêpes.

  3. 3

    Sweeten 80g low-fat quark with vanilla vanilla flavor and mix with a little water until smooth.

  4. 4

    Crumble a small cookie and fold into the quark mixture.

  5. 5

    Leave the crêpes to cool briefly, spread with the quark mixture, roll up, cut in half and top with melted Cookies & Cream chocolate.
