fresh basil to garnish and 2 sprigs of rosemary for the tomatoes

Preparation

    Place the tomatoes, rosemary and olive oil in the oven at 160° top/bottom heat for 45 minutes.

    Meanwhile, mix the butter with the crushed garlic, herbs, salt and pepper. Cut the baguette in half, spread with the herb butter and place in the oven for the last 15-20 minutes.

    Spread the burrata on the toasted baguette, top with the tomatoes and basil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
