Skimmed quark / low-fat quark
Skimmed quark / low-fat quark (Milbona (Lidl)) 100 Tablespoon
Spelt flour
Spelt flour 80 Tablespoon
Baking powder
Baking powder (Basis) 3 TL
Olive oil
Olive oil (Basis) 1 Tablespoon
Tomato sauce
Tomato sauce (Basis) 40 Portion
Gouda Light
Gouda Light (Gut Günstig) 45 Portion
Poultry salami a Light
Poultry salami a Light (Dulano lidl) 20 Disk

Preparation

    Knead the low-fat quark, spelt flour, baking powder and oil into a dough.

    Roll out the dough thinly and form an edge.

    Defrost the frozen spinach.

    Top the pizza with tomato sauce and spinach

    Finally, cut the Feta Light into cubes and spread over the pizza.
