1 cup (raw weight) pre-cooked
2 EL
2
from 2-3 juice oranges or bought
1 TL
1 tsp + 2 tbsp soy sauce for the chicken
For the fried rice, chop all the vegetables and fry in a pan with a little oil for 3-4 minutes.
Add the pre-cooked rice (it just gets better, but you can also use freshly cooked rice if necessary), pour in the soy sauce and top with the beaten egg. Mix everything well and keep warm for a short time.
For the orange chicken, squeeze out the juice and mix in a container with the brown sugar, soy sauce and cornflour.
Cut the chicken into pieces, dust with cornflour and fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown all over. Remove, add the sauce to the pan, bring to the boil, season to taste and reduce a little. Put the chicken back in, toss briefly and serve with fried rice, done!
