Preparation

    Chop the onion into small pieces and fry in butter.

    Add the mince and brown. Add the strained tomatoes, cherry tomatoes and tomato purée and mix everything well. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and chili and simmer for approx. 20 minutes.

    Add the beans and corn and cook on a low heat for a further 10 minutes until the consistency is quite thick.
