Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 220*C top/bottom heat (200*C fan). Cut the potatoes into 4 or 6 wedges. Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper, mix with 1 tbsp oil, "Hello Paprika", salt and pepper and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

    Slice the chicken breast horizontally, but do not cut through, and open like a book. Place the chicken breast in a large bowl and mix with "Hello Harissa", 1 tbsp oil, salt and pepper. Leave to marinate and continue with the recipe.

    Slice the burger buns horizontally. Show the onion and cut into 1 cm rings. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and cut into thin strips. Season with salt and pepper.

    In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise and zatar. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Place the onions and marinated chicken breast next to the potatoes and cook for 12-14 minutes until the meat is no longer pink on the inside. In the last 5 minutes of cooking time, place the burger bun open in the oven. *Tip: Brush the bun with a little butter or oil as desired to give it a golden brown color.

    Spread a little zatar dip on the top of the bun. Top the bottom half with a little dip, avocado slices and the chicken breast. Arrange the potato wedges next to it and enjoy with the remaining dip. Enjoy your meal!
