Preparation

    Prepare the pasta according to the packet instructions, which may vary slightly, then place in a sieve and rinse with cold water to stop them cooking.

    Wash the broccoli, cut into small pieces and fry in a pan with 2 tbsp sesame oil, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

    Cut the onions into strips, add and fry briefly. Add the soy sauce, noodles and fry everything again and season to taste.

    Slice the tofu and fry in 1 tbsp sesame oil until crispy, squeeze the orange, mix with the rest and add to the tofu.

    Stir the cornflour into 1-2 teaspoons of cold water and add to the sauce, bring to the boil so that everything thickens a little. Serve everything together, done!
