Preparation

    Boil the rice in double the amount of salted water, then cook on the lowest heat with the lid on until the water has disappeared.

    Cut the tofu into cubes and fry in sunflower oil, do not turn so often so that the sides have time to become nice and crispy.

    Cut the spring onions and mango into small pieces, halve the avocado and carefully cut one half into the skin to create cubes.
