First, cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the packet instructions.
Divide the broccoli into florets and sauté in 1 tbsp olive oil for 2 minutes, add 50 ml water and cook for 5 minutes with the lid on.

Melt the peanut butter in it until everything is really creamy, you may need to add more water / peanut butter until you are satisfied
Season everything well again with salt and pepper, drain the pasta, mix in or serve separately with the sauce, done!
