Orecchiette
Orecchiette (Barilla) 200 Portion
Broccoli fresh
Broccoli fresh 500 Portion
Onion
Onion (Basis) 1 Whole (medium)
Vegetable broth
Vegetable broth (Basis) 200 Portion
Peanut butter
Peanut butter 20 Portion

Preparation

    First, cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the packet instructions.

    Divide the broccoli into florets and sauté in 1 tbsp olive oil for 2 minutes, add 50 ml water and cook for 5 minutes with the lid on.

    When the water has boiled away, add the onions, sauté briefly and deglaze with the stock.

    Melt the peanut butter in it until everything is really creamy, you may need to add more water / peanut butter until you are satisfied

    Season everything well again with salt and pepper, drain the pasta, mix in or serve separately with the sauce, done!
