Preparation

    Peel and cut the potatoes and cook in salted water (or boil potatoes from the day before).

    Add the frozen vegetables. Spread half of the feta over the top. If you want to bake the eggs all the way through, you can add them to the casserole right at the beginning

  3. 3

    Bake at 200 degrees top/bottom heat for approx. 30 - 35 minutes. Remove from the oven, add a little salt to the eggs and crumble the remaining feta over the top.
