Original powdered peanut butter

Spelt flour 30 Tablespoon
Baking powder
Baking powder (Basis) 1 TL
Natural yoghurt
Natural yoghurt 20 Portion
Apple pulp
Apple pulp (Alnatura) 20 Portion

Vanilla extract (Dr Oetker) 2 Portion
M&ms Peanut
M&ms Peanut (M&m) 30 Piece

Preparation

    Mix all the ingredients for the dough until you have a slightly sticky cookie dough consistency. Crush the M&M's and fold in.

    Shape into small cookies and place on a baking tray.

    Place in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for 6 minutes.

    Tip: the cookies are still a little soft at first, but become a little harder as they cool down
