Ingredients

Basmati rice white raw
Basmati rice white raw (Alnatura) 190 packet
Chunky tomatoes
Chunky tomatoes (Kings Crown) 300 Portion
Water
Water 220 Glas
Vegetable stock powder
Vegetable stock powder (Maggi) 10 Portion
Frozen spinach
Frozen spinach (Flanders Best) 125 Piece
Halloumi
Halloumi (Grillkäse aus Zypern) 100 Portion

Preparation

    Mix the water with the vegetable stock.

    Place in a pan with the rice, chopped tomatoes, spinach and seasoning of your choice, mix together and bring briefly to the boil.

    Turn the heat down, put the lid on and simmer for approx. 15-20 minutes.

    n the meantime, cut the halloumi into thin slices, season to taste and fry in another pan until golden brown.

    Serve the halloumi with the rice.
