Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

    Mix the low-fat quark, 3 eggs and grated light cheese in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture thinly on the baking tray.

    Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. The pastry should be slightly brown on top. Corners may also be slightly darker.

    In the meantime, fry the minced beef in a little vegetable oil and season to taste.

    Mix the ketchup, mustard and natural yogurt in a bowl and spread over the almost cooled protein base.

    Place the minced meat on the base and top with the sandwich cheese.

    Chop the iceberg lettuce, gherkin, tomatoes and onion and place on the base.

    Roll up the base and cut through once in the middle. Enjoy the Protein Bic Mac Wrap.
