Calisthenics
After years of traditional weight training, I made a conscious decision two years ago to switch to calisthenics – and I haven't regretted it for a second. Since then, I've immersed myself in the world of skills, weighted training and endurance, and I've learned an enormous amount in a short space of time. I now pass on this passion and the knowledge I've built up – honestly, directly and with a focus on real progress. Calisthenics is more than just training. It's control, strength and freedom – and the best thing about it is that anyone can start anywhere!
