After years of traditional weight training, I made a conscious decision two years ago to switch to calisthenics – and I haven't regretted it for a second. Since then, I've immersed myself in the world of skills, weighted training and endurance, and I've learned an enormous amount in a short space of time. I now pass on this passion and the knowledge I've built up – honestly, directly and with a focus on real progress. Calisthenics is more than just training. It's control, strength and freedom – and the best thing about it is that anyone can start anywhere!

Training philosophy:

For me, real consistency is everything. A solid training plan, balanced nutrition, and enjoying your workouts all matter — no doubt. But the biggest factor for my own success has always been showing up regularly and giving 100% every time. Discipline beats everything: if you stay committed, you grow — physically and mentally.

Nutrition philosophy:

When it comes to nutrition, the basics have to be in place – protein, vitamins, minerals. If that’s covered, you’ve already won most of the battle. And the rest? Stay relaxed. A cookie or some ice cream won’t throw anyone off track. Nutrition should work, but it should also taste good.
